Anurag Gupta MD & Co-Founder
Anurag founded Micro Coils in 2015 after he observed the gap between demand and supply of heat exchangers in the industry and the lack of custom design support being provided to customers. He has over 20+ years of experience in the industry in diverse fields including sales, marketing, operations, market research etc.
Prior to Micro Coils, Anurag has held leadership positions in various leading multinationals like Lloyd, Motherson, Federal Mogul, Minda. Anurag is a leader who believes in offering the highest quality of products and services to the world through unconventional means by leveraging technology in a sutainable way and utilizing human potential.He received his engineering degree from MSRIT, Bangalore and has completed MBA from IIFT, New Delhi, India. He is a travel enthusiast and enjoys listening to music in free time.
Manoj Kapoor Director
Manoj got associated with Micro Coils in 2015, and has played a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization. Manoj comes with a rich experience of over 30+ years in the HVACR industry, having worked in leadership roles with large multinationals like Emerson Climate Technologies for 24+ years.
An engineer by qualification, Manoj is process oriented and very particular about using the machines and best quality raw materials, to ensure the quality products for his customers. Rich experience in the field of Air Conditioning, cold room/ product designing. He is a hands-off leader who also intricately cares for his team members. Apart from work, he enjoys driving and spending time with his two boys.
